Music production services
I have been producing music for nearly 20 years and have a degree in music production.
Although I’m an electronic music producer that has been largely computer-focused for the last decade, my philosophical approach to music production is more old-school than the modern beatmaker or DJ producer. I take a lot of inspiration from “idea enabling” producers like George Martin or Rick Rubin and I think of my role as a music producer as almost separate from making beats or bringing the best vocal effects chain.
Having said that, I still very much consider myself a modern producer and draw a lot of inspiration from the likes of Ian Kirkpatrick, Disclosure, Mark Ronson, Diplo and many other electronic producers who are able to make Pop hits that still hold true to their underground roots.
This is something very important to me: I strive to produce music that will appeal to a Pop audience whilst still holding the cultural and stylistic relevance of the underground electronic sounds I have always worked with.
Music production, for me, is about overseeing the creation of a record (whether that be a song or an album) and all of the studio sessions. It’s about project management, emotional leverage and safety, sound selection, production techniques and sonic signature.

I produce music for artists, remix songs for labels and publishers and produce sync music for music libraries. All of my music is bespoke to brief and one-stop.
Although I have experience across multiple genres, my speciality is in electronic genres, especially those with an underground UK sound (Future Garage, Jungle, UKG, House, Ambient, Trip Hop etc.)
Emotions I like to explore are melancholy, introspection, depth, rawness, urban edge and blending organic sounds with electronic/mechanical ones. Melody, saturation and delay are my toys of choice.
I can work remotely with artists, musicians, A&R and other collaborators from my home studio, or have access to studio space in London, Brighton and Netherlands where my collaborators need access to recording space.
My work for hire rate starts at £600 per track, and thereafter can be flexible considering rights retained vs upfront fee.
If you are interested in working together, purchase immediately using the button below or pop me an email if you’d like to discuss revised credits or working on a whole album project.
